I would say to do the work yourself if it isn't too daunting of a task. Just make sure that you call in the proper utility locates before digging. NationsRent locations are usually found at Lowe's and they offer bobcats and skidsteers for rent. The prices are competitive. Check it out.

I walked downtown one day and like 3 people asked me for money, alot of wierdos in downtown. I saw alot of business people walking around there so Im wondering if they get bothered too.

Downtown Atlanta definitely has a problem with panhandlers. Ignoring them is easy but some can get aggressive with their activities.

A lot of these people are drug addicts, alcoholics or mentally ill. It's a very sad situation. Yes, they will broach you in the street, but generally they're not aggressive. While I have sympathy for the homeless, I don't want to give anyone money that will be used to buy cigarettes, beer or drugs. According to my brother, who headed up a national program for the homeless, it's better to give funds to recognized charities.

When I left the Tabernacle (from a concert) there was a guy asking for change. I didn't have any and I felt really bad. =( Then before this (same place though) we were walking to the Tabernacle and there was this kinda freaky lady arguing with herself. =( the world is a really sad place. *star*

What are the best companies to work for in Atlanta that are hiring now?
I am a young female from Miami looking to relocate with my family to Georgia like yesterday and I am finding it very difficult and frustrating to land jobs. We have been applying since the begining of this year and only a few responses. Help!! Please! Need my own place, tired of living with other family. I am looking in the the customer service/ administrative field and my husband is a local truck driver class B. Wanting something like $13 or better an hour if possible. Help Please.

have u tried Pepsi.....try www.pbg.com, i got on the website and pulled up atlanta and they are hiring truck drivers there, they are hiring for the warehouse, they are hiring for sales there.....pepsi is a good job...believe me...thats who i work for.....if u need any more info please feel free to e-mail me....dont know how much i could help cause i work and live in west virginia....but i may be able to answer some questions...or if u want u can put me down as who referred you.....

Try www.randstad.com, www.adecco.com, www.spherion.com www.chasestaffing.com. There are a ton of them. Coca-Cola and Home Depot use Adecco and Spherion, I've worked for both companies. I got a job w/ Pfizer with Randstad. Also try UPS and there are thousands of smaller companies to work for. Good luck I'm sure you and your husband will find something soon!
