I would say to do the work yourself if it isn't too daunting of a task. Just make sure that you call in the proper utility locates before digging. NationsRent locations are usually found at Lowe's and they offer bobcats and skidsteers for rent. The prices are competitive. Check it out.

im not in your area.. but if you go to craigslist.com ..and to the right of the web page pick your area, they have an employment wanted listings. you might be able to find something there. hope this helps :)

The part about working four hours a day with no break is legal. The part about having 30 minutes of your work unpaid is not legal. You are required to be paid for every minute that you work. In some cases, some employers are also required to pay you for "preparation" time; that is, the time it takes you to get logged onto your computer, or the time it takes you to put on safety equipment or company-required equipment. If you're doing work for the benefit of the company and they are not paying you for it, contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission if you work for a large company or for the government, or a labor lawyer if you work for a small company. They can help you get compensation. - Stuart
